I’m Amy Klitscher, a Wholefoods Culinary Coach dedicated to empowering individuals to thrive through food.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been cooking across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific Islands as a nutrition chef for private clients, event caterer, and retreat chef. I specialise in high-end in-home dining, catering for large-scale events, and cooking for wellness retreats. Creating meals that are equally delicious as they are nutritious is in my blood, and I am incredibly passionate about teaching others to do the same.
With a strong foundation of nutrition knowledge, and currently studying at HPINZ, I believe that food is so much more than fuel. It's preventative medicine, as well as a powerful tool for improving every element of our lives.
